Welcome to Yuziyo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Products
    Yuziyo offers herbal skincare, beauty, fashion and other products. Product images are for illustration; actual colour, packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
  2. Prices and Payments
    All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
  3. Orders
    An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or our confirmation, as applicable. We may cancel an order if product availability, payment verification, pricing, address details, or fraud/security checks require it.
  4. Cash on Delivery Booking Fee
    Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, a booking fee may be collected in advance to confirm the order. The applicable booking fee will be clearly shown before payment.

Once a COD order is confirmed, the booking fee is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer, the customer is unavailable, or delivery is refused. This helps us cover packing, payment processing and delivery handling costs.

  1. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
    Cancellation, return and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Products must not be used, opened, damaged or tampered with when a return is requested. Nothing in these terms limits any rights available under applicable law.
  2. Shipping and Delivery
    We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather, location or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and mobile number.
  3. Customer Responsibilities
    You must provide true and complete order, contact and delivery information. You must not misuse the website, make fraudulent orders or attempt to interfere with payments or website operations.
  4. Intellectual Property
    All website content, product images, logos, text and branding are owned by or licensed to Yuziyo. They may not be copied, reused or distributed without written permission.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yuziyo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or orders placed on this website.
